Finance Committee

The finance committee serves to review all financial matters of the Breckenridge HOA.  Including but not limited to:
Review all financial records, receipts and report any issues to the Board of Directors.  They may also review bid specifications for RFP’s for all the HOA contracts and review contract negotiations.

They assist the board with audits and the annual budget, and may make recommendations to the executive board.
