We are proud to call Breckenridge our home, which is one of the premier neighborhoods in Morrisville, located in the heart of the Triangle. It is the largest residential community in Morrisville, NC. Breckenridge is a vibrant and diverse community. Breckenridge is a very desirable neighborhood because of its affordability, proximity to RTP, Raleigh-Durham airport, 540, and active community. The grand entrance, wide roads and sidewalks, kids playing in the neighborhood all contribute to the neighborhood being so popular. A lot of employees from the Park like Breckenridge because it makes commuting easy on families – located just minutes from Cisco, NetApp, IBM, Bayer, EPA and Fidelity. There is something for everyone in this neighborhood where prices start in the low 200s for the townhomes and peak in the low $300s for single family homes.
Breckenridge is also very accessible to the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Duke University, North Carolina Central University and North Carlina State University as well as government operations in downtown Raleigh.
